Everyone in my family adores crepes. So for the weekend I’ve decided to bring a little twist to our favourite breakfast and made a Matcha Mille crepe cake.

I’ve added a few tea spoons of matcha to it, whipped some cream, added icing sugar and more matcha to taste to the cream itself. I’ve stacked the crepes together with that tasty green tea whipped cream in between , left it to rest in a fridge for a few hours…And voila, we had a beautiful, fresh, very pleasant and not overly sweet dessert💚Even my picky eater enjoyed a few bites😉 😁👍🏻
