Is there anything more comforting than a smell of cinnamon buns baking in your oven? I absolutely adore cinnamon, it is a definition of warmth, comfort, it reminds me of home, and in general it is such a fantastic spice.

In my mind every bakery has to smell like cinnamon, it makes me hungry and it makes me want to try each item on the menu and not leave until i do so.

We have a little booth in the local mall where they sell cinnamon buns that are baked on site, and I swear each time I pass it by, no matter how full I am, I always feel the urge to buy a huge box of fresh yummy goodness and divine into those buns like a swan.
